Dr. Sandra Proctor brings to CariBeat Events more than 25 years of experience in the field of education. Dr. Proctor holds to her credit more than a decade of leading the development and implementation of strategic plans at NASA, and several years as Special Assistant to the President at the University of Maryland. She also held a professorship with Norfolk State University.
